In the Godfather 2 your already a don who now has to build his criminal empire by taking over. The first Godfather game took you further into the film that its based on by making your character a part of the Corleone family working for them. There are no activities such as gta or saints row so its a fake you can't revisit back or even replay again because there is just not that much story interaction. Honestly the game is good for 5 dollars or less. The game feels like its half finished and a lot of the cut scenes feel like its gone because there isnt many. Honestly this game was so close to not being released because it was still under development. There isnt anything much about this game. Youll just simply use money to hire goons to look after your territory since it will be under attack every now and then when you are away.
The money in the game is a bit of a joke. All cities are bland ass hell and like I said.
The whole game is just based on getting territories from the 3 cities youll be in. The graphics are pretty old gen even for a game from 2009 gta4 had good graphics and that was released in 2008. The game is a little glitchy at times while moving the camera around i would see hair floating nearby my character.
Its cool being able to interact with any npc in the game walking around the city but there isnt much dialogue and will after repeat.

This isnt a gtav free roam the city is to small for starters and there isnt much to check around plus youll get more into the games story and missions (sorta). At first everything was semi confusing on territory and on the hows of the game but during the games early tutorial youll get used to it. The game plays okay it has a intrestingish mafia atmosphere at the first 2 hours of gameplay and close to resemble a "mafia simulator" you pretty much take over the city slowly. The Godfather approached this incredibly well – it is basically a sandbox game that lets you do whatever you want before going mission to mission with little repercussion and I’ll get into the core gameplay aspects later. I wouldn’t go so far as to say that it worked against the developers, but there’s a certain level of professionalism that then becomes expected from players, and rightly so. I think one of the aspects that actually turned out to be a challenge for this title is that it is a video game based on a critically acclaimed film.
